There have been a lot of questions on the blog and for a lot of them my only answer has been that there were more details to iron out before we lay it all out for you.

Hi Gary,
I tried to play and listen to the Leads video but no matter how much I adjusted my volume I would get just a whisper of your voice. I adjust to the max both my button on the computer itself and the speaker volume control on my task bar to no avail. Is there another way to get this video?

where do i get a password?
If you haven’t received a password, you’ll need to register for access by going to either http://realestatemarketingmastery.com/renters-report (which will include the password to both the Renters Report and the video) or http://realestatemarketingmastery.com/video-access (which will only give you the password for the video).
Our new email provider (which will help us avoid any black listing issues in the future) does require you to confirm your request for information before we’re able to send you the passwords. Those confirmation emails are sometimes put into bulk mail folders so be sure to check for them.
Also, the passwords are case sensitive so please make sure that your Caps Lock is off and that you are not entering any spaces in the password field.
That should take care of the difficulties some of you are experiencing.

If you’re on a PC the issue might be your volume settings. If you go down to the task bar at the bottom of your screen you should see a round black speaker. If you right click on that icon it should give you an option to “Open Volume Control” or something similar. Once opened, if you adjust the volume for the Wave setting, it should make the video louder.
Let me know if that solves the problem.

I did not receive a password either.
How can I get this 2 Reports: “147 Leads, 38 Days, 1 Listing” and “22 Page Renters Report”. I received a Letter from Proquest that told me to register, in order to obtain these 2 reports, but when I/m going to get them it ask me for a Password, which Password?

Ray,
I can only offer up a few suggestions for you. First of course check the caps lock. No matter how many times I do it, I somehow manage to always hit the caps lock accidentally.
Also, make sure there are no spaces anywhere in the passwords (including at the end).
If that doesn’t work, you might try entering the password and then refreshing the page.
And as a last resort, you might give it a try in another browser. Without having access to your specific computer and your browser settings those are really the only suggestions I can give you.

I received the password, entered it in lower case letters, clicked on submit and nothing happened except the password area cleared. I cannot receive any information.
Sondra, after you enter the password in lowercase letters, click submit, and when the password field clears, refresh the page. Thst should do it for you.
