I hope that answers any of the questions you have. If not, as always feel free to leave your question in the comment section below.

Also, I wanted to quickly take a few moments to share one of the amazing testimonials we’re already getting from the strategies we’ve shared with you the past few weeks.

I implemented the Craigslist system the same day you sent it out and I already have a buyer client and I only have one listing!

I do have an 800 IVR and that’s how I was able to capture the client.

All any lead generation system is supposed to do is to find someone who is thinking of buying or selling.

That Gary - tells me more about your systems. I’m a new agent - < 1 yr in the business.

I know I need to get listings and use listings to generate buyer calls. I've been through Keller Williams training, Brian Buffini, Craig Proctor, Brian Williams and Mike Ferry. I'm struggling right now and you've psyched me up and made me want to continue.

Never give up!
Mark Tracy

Emails like that really make my day. That email perfectly illustrates why we’re in this business and why we’ve been releasing all this information over the past few weeks. I know it’s tough out there right now, but we’re here to help you in any way possible.

I used your system when I was in Fairfax Virginia and was impressed. Last year we moved back to Phoenix and I have gained my license here. I am interested in it-should I wait until the 16th? I have no listings but, I do have some of my sign riders with my “800″ number on it. I think the potential was there although I only had it in place for a short time prior to selling our home in VA and moving.

What is the difference between Proctor and this program. What about conversation from lead to clients ratio, and scripts

Gilbert, at the risk of sounding self serving, there are quite a few differences between our system and Craig Proctor’s. The biggest is probably that our system is an all in one package and price. We don’t nickel and dime you with extra charges for other features (such as name and address matches or marketing assistance.)

I’ll be publishing even more information on our system on Friday so I’d encourage you to check it out.

Also, I know several people that have emailed us have mentioned they used the Proctor system in the past, perhaps they can help answer this question a bit better and from a more objective perspective (after all, it’s no surprise that we would think our system is the best).

Gary, I haven’t been getting the e-mails from you that you mentioned in this audio.
can I get them in an archive on a website?

Yes, the script works well. If you’re thinking of using this program; get used to the idea of your phone texting you night and day, 7 days per week, with leads. Follow up fast and use the scripts. I used another service b4 Proquest and their scripts are fantastic.

    Gary:

I live in Edmonton,AB. Canada. I have just started using the my Proquest system this year after blowning off the dust. I have sign riders on my listings, info boxes by my signs. I seem to be struggling on what else to do Ive read the manual a couple times, I need a hand in getting going in the right direction. Do you offer one-one coaching? I thing your system is awesome and everything you do . I signed up for the Service For Life program just waiting for it to arrive. I believe with the IVR system and the Service For Life I will be able to kick butt. I just need a little help getting pointed in the right direction.

I have read with intense interest for quite some time now your articles in Broker/Agent and your many emails. They are excellent. I have finally acted upon accessing your program and do indeed look forward to improved and a growing business here on Prince Edward Island in Atlantic Canada. Ann Fleshren has been wonderful to deal with and most helpful in these early stages of my getting launched in the techniques of Proquest-tech. I look forward to success! Jim
